Order Cancellations

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • Once your order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • For orders already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately:

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
Our team will check your order status and inform you if the cancellation is possible.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • If your cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

We may reject a cancellation request if:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit.

  • The item is customised, special-order, or bulk-request.

  • The request is made outside the allowed cancellation period.
